Use this only if you want to permanently delete your account and data from Haka Live.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your profile (name, photo, bio, email, phone number, Haka ID) is permanently removed
- You are signed out on all devices and can no longer log in
- Your coin balance and unredeemed items are forfeited
- Records of purchases, gifts, and payouts are retained in anonymized form where required by law
- This action cannot be undone
You can also delete your account in the app: Settings → Account and security → Cancel Account

Enter the email address linked to your Haka Live account. We’ll send a verification code to your inbox.
No email linked to your account? Email support@hakalive.com from your registered address and we’ll process the deletion for you.
